wonderful family retreat

peaceful atmosphere clean pool convenient supermarket helpful staff

the grounds are well-kept, and the pools are clean and enjoyable, especially the exotic pool. the on-site supermarket is very convenient, offering everything we needed without leaving. i found the staff at reception very polite and helpful. They arranged transport easily. plus, the apartment offered plenty of space for everyone.

the wi-fi was a bit spotty at times, especially during peak hours, but it wasn't a major problem

The lotus restaurant had fresh ingredients and varied meal selections. I especially enjoyed the themed dinner nights. the italian restaurant also served very delicious food at reasonable prices. The service there was excellent and fast. the swim-up bar was a lovely touch. I liked it a lot!

Our standard one-bedroom apartment felt spacious and it was very tidy. I liked the fact everything was very well looked after. the balcony was cute! the air conditioning worked well. That was amazing after spending the day by the pools.

a reasonable stay

i found the pools quite nice. the breakfast had a good selection of items. i also noticed a lot of trees and plants on the premises. pools were clean.

i found the bed uncomfortable. this was not ideal when i was trying to relax on vacation. the room was only cleaned once . i had to ask for towels because they were not replenished.

i have such lovely memories of our vacation. breakfast was various, offering many options. the hotel include many pools to choose from. a supermarket exists on-site, providing everything we needed.

the pool did not had much control and kids did many dives.

spacious apartment and great facilities

italian restaurant good prices available pools

the grounds were kept very well , i noticed the grass being cut regularly. i tried the italian restaurant , and the prices were good. there were many pools available. i found it easy to get a sunbed , even when busy.

i found the breakfast could be better , i expected more local vegetables and fruit. the quality of the meat was not great. it got noisy because i was in a block near the road.

the shop had everything needed at reasonable prices. most staff were helpful. the staff at the breakfast were friendly. the bartender at the swimmingpool bar knew his job well.

i only tried the italian restaurant and the prices were very good. i found a swim up bar to be a lovely touch. i did not try the breakfast , but it seemed to be well stocked. it offered good value.

the resort has many swimming pools and a grocery store. there is also a restaurant, and an outdoor workout area, i saw playgrounds for kids and teenagers. i found the facilities to be very good overall.
